A Leadership Program For the next generation leaders

 Echos Design Leadership global program, is a 12 week journey developed to improve the skills and knowledge as a leader. It aims to help rising managers and leaders on how to use design to create cultural change, shape better design teams, and lead delightful products and services development. Ultimately the goal is to guide new leaders in articulating the value of design as a strategic asset within your organization and scale maturity for customer centricity.

My role

Consulting as a regional Product Design Leader with Echos international innovation lab and school. Teaching and facilitating a global cohort of new and emerging leaders across Product and Product Design, across APAC and EU over the course of a 12 week program.

I was the Product Designer Regional Leader for Seasons 1 (2021) and Seasons 2 (2022) in conjunction with the Global Masterclasses with Peter Merholz leading the classes across Design Operations and Impact of Design across the organisation. In collaboration with Echos Desirable Futures Lab.
